I had a great time in Chef
Raina & Gautam's samosas class. They are great teachers, and I
learned some new techniques, new ingredients, etc. They teach the class out of a beautiful apartment with large windows overlooking a park. They are both very friendly, and were eager to teach me about the spices, and the basic skills needed for the samosas. I was traveling by myself, and had a great time. I would definitely recommend this for a group, or even if you are by yourself in the city, see if they have a group class.

enough! Raina and Gautam have created an amazing class where they not only teach you how to make two vegetarian rolls, but also teach you some of the interesting history of sushi. They also make their own nori sauce, special cocktail, and chai teal for sale, and they were
phenomenal!
Had such a fun experience learning to make Chinese dumplings. Can't wait to show my friends my new dumpling making skills!
